Yes, I use this for baking also. I have been reading about rose water in beauty products and figured food grade would be good to try.

What's the shelf life once opened and does it need to be refrigerated?

Doesn't specify refrigeration. Does have "best if used before date of 02/2018".

Is this "for External Use Only"?

I hope not. I used it in some Kheer (Indian rice pudding), and I didn't kill anyone :-)

Is this product Kosher?

It isn't marked as such. It is a product of Lebanon, so probably not, although it does say it is suitable for vegetarians. Hope that helps.
