Is it better NOT to use lotion or cream on feet after the procedure and while peeling?

Trust me, learn from my mistake. Lotion stops the peeling and your have zombie feet for months! It doesn’t completely stop the peeling but it’s brings it down to just little bits peeling off for weeks so your feet look like they’re shedding and falling apart for weeks and weeks and weeks. You don’t get those huge shots of peeling. Soaking daily really really helps the peel. Especially the first days before the peeling begins. If your feet are too dry and dusty they won’t peel as well. If you take long showers, that’s probably enough soaking.

I'm on day 10 and although my feet feel scratchy and dry, i've had very little peeling. i followed the directions completely. help?

Did you order during summer? Were you unable to peel your red stickers? My stickers were just... "Melted" to the paper they should have peeled off of! I blame it on bad storage BEFORE I got them, OR DUE TO BEING SHIPPED IN HOT AND HUMID CONDITIONS - I'm in South Carolina. **I used the product anyway** I had to use some CLEAR PACKING TAPE to tape them on. I was unable to use them at all. I got *decent* results, but NOT as expected (and the skin is NOT super thick, nor do I have bad callouses. I am trying to get them replaced now that it's cooler out and see if that helps. I soaked my feet in water (morning & before bed) twice a day, for 20 minutes. I also used an expensive foot lotion AND WORE SOCKS ALL THE TIME - except shower or soak lol - and shoes (no sandals or flip flops) when going outside. So maaaaybe ask for a replacement and soak your feet 2 times and for 20 min every day, while using a GOOD (foot specific) lotion. I hope this helps you!

Do I need to soak my feet beforehand?

No, there is no reason to soak your feet before applying the mask

Why can’t I use it while nursing?

They only say this because when you’re pregnant or breast-feeding your skin can’t be overly sensitive. It’s not going to hurt a fetus or your baby. Think about this... you can drink and still breast-feed- so I highly doubt pudding these on your feet will have any affect on your breast milk.
