Great for Munich Helles lager beer
I've had nothing but great results with these hops when brewing Munich Helles Lager. I'm using the brew-in-a-bag method, coupled with top-notch dry malt extract and top malt ingredients. I am lagering the beer in a 5 gal keg in a dedicated fridge for 35 days to give the beer time to mellow. We are originally from the Munich area, and let's just say my mother could not believe I had home-brewed this (and the woman knows her Munich lager beers!).
