Worked only for a few months
I loved these earbuds as soon as I took them out of the box, and they were great, but only for a while. They sounded great, stayed well in my ear and paired quickly with my phone. It is rather frustrating trying to get them to pair together, I experienced offset sound, like they paired separately and the music wasn't in sync, and one would be louder than the other. I ordered these in November, and by March had given up using both at once, and was only using one at a time. Also around March, the left earbud suddenly went quiet one day, like barely audible, and wouldn't turn up no matter how I adjusted my volume or charged it. So I switched to using the right earbud, which is equally frustrating as it continually shifts around and makes popping sounds that won't stop. Unfortunately I can't return these, but I'm going to be looking for a better pair. Maybe I just got a bum set, I don't know, but I was not super impressed with how quickly these stopped working. Other than that, they were great little earbuds.

Had these for months, then they stopped playing audio through, see below for fix
I do love these earbuds, the bass is great, call quality is great, etc. Had these for some 9 months or so and then upon successful pairing, wouldn't play audio! Weeks later discovered the fix: make sure the earbuds are charged, forget them from your phone, re-pair them, then in your Bluetooth settings under this device de-select (turn off) 'HD audio: AAC'. Now they're back to normal wonderfulness!

Customer service for this company sucks
I've had these ear buds over a year. And they have been great. What's not been so great is the cover to my ear bud ripped.cant find replacements that fit them on amazon. I've emailed the company 3 times in the last month. And have not heard back at all. So right now I can only use one at a time. Even amazon customer service couldn't help me. Giving it three stars for the customer service.

Be careful
My charging base burnt up two days ago after about a year in service, contacted the company because supposedly it has a lifetime warranty,still no response. My advice is don’t leave it charging overnight or out of sight.

Good for quick exercise
The battery life is 4, which is ok for what they are. What makes them good is the ability to charge them in the case without needing to plugged in. They fit my ears well and sound really good for Bluetooth earbuds. Its also really affordable. All in all a good product.

Nice investment!!
The earbuds were not hard at all to use. It didn't fit as good as my husband's did in his ear but I was still able to get a clear connection and hear everything. Would definitely recommend this product!!
