I love this. I have been using it for years due to a soy sauce allergy. I use it in literally everything from sauces to salad dressings to seasoning. It has such a nice flavor, slightly sweeter than soy sauce. It’s the perfect replacement for soy sauce, especially if you want to lower your sodium. I’m so happy they make this gallon size. Even with using this daily, it typically lasts me 9-12 months.

This stuff is amazing. It really does taste good enough to just drink by itself. Almost. =) I picked up a bottle at the store to check it out first, and ended up ordering this gallon later that day.I use it to make my own teriyaki marinade for dehydrating jerky. I wanted more control over the salt content and the option to use the kind of salt I want. Works perfect. The jerky has turned out to be really popular. Maybe if this stuff wasn't so good, there might be enough jerky left for me to eat myself! I tried some straight on rice and it worked great there, too.I'm not really worried about this sticking around in my fridge long enough to go bad, but regardless, the first thing I did was transfer it to a couple 1/2 gallon mason jars and vacuum seal them. They sit in the back of the fridge waiting patiently.Will be ordering more soon after the next couple batches of jerky deplete my supply.Buy this stuff now. You'll be glad you did.

We follow a paleo diet in our household and we have had to modify a lot of the tried and true recipes we use. I've purchased the 3 pack bottles in the past but, discovered this Big Bottle. I love having this size around because we would quickly use up the 3 bottles and it wasn't until we were out did we realize we couldn't make a specific recipe because of having none on hand. This is a large bottle and despite the size it is a easy to use/pour bottle. Similar to a gallon of milk. Just make sure you have enough space in your fridge since it does have to be refridgerated after opening. We have two fridges (one in our garage) and so space isn't a issue for our household. I highly recommend this product for the quantity, the price, and the fact that this is just a amazing product and it eliminates soy in our diets. Give it a shot!

Being on the Autoimmune protocol, I use A LOT of coconut aminos. It adds great flavor to dishes and doesn’t cause my Hashimoto’s to flare. This huge container is by far the best value and the way to go, as long as you don’t mind it hanging out and taking up a considerable amount of space in your fridge. I was buying the smaller bottles almost weekly at my local healthy grocery store. At $15 a bottle, it was getting crazy expensive. I was so glad to find this size of a container here on amazon. Anytime I can buy in bulk to save extra money in the long run, I’m happy. Don’t hesitate to buy this if you use it almost weekly or multiple times a week like we do. I purchased this back on October 11 and I’m about a quarter through the container. I haven’t experienced any mold issues like I’ve seen in other reviews. Great product all around.

I love this stuff because other brands of coconut aminos says that there is no soy sauce . (Hint hint Braggs) Braggs claims no soy and and if you read the ingredients it contains soy. however this coconut aminos is very flavourful and it's a great substitute for soy sauce . Purchasing this large container is much cheaper than purchasing all the small bottles individually . More bang for your buck.

I love this product. I have bought this size three times and have never had a mold problem like others are having. However, since the last time I purchased it in December, the price has increased from 62 to 92. I cannot justify a 30 dollar price increase in four months and have switched to a different, albeit, not as good brand that is about the same price as I was paying. Sad day.

The product itself deserves five stars but this particular bottle poses a problem in shipping-I will address the shipping in a bit. We use this many times per week, it is essential for paleo type eating. Asian food, barbecue sauce, marinades, the list goes on and on. Buying this big bottle is so much more economical then buying the little bottles, especially if you can get it on subscribe and save. I will advise you this size is VERY hard to actually receive though. I think because it's raw and live, if it's agitated too much the plastic just can't handle and contain the amount of enzymes (just my theory). TWICE it opened and leaked and my entire shipment was automatically returned by FedEx. This caused me to have to contact Amazon five times to get it all straightened out. Packages returned in transit are like a curve ball for Amazon I guess. I order a lot of stuff (almost 300 orders in last 6 months) and rarely have to contact Amazon--only one problem ever before this. I finally received this after they decided to send it via UPS instead of FedEx--thank goodness. Third time was the charm, I would not have tried a fourth. I only knocked off one star for these problems because we REALLY love the coconut aminos. Good luck!!
