How many finger prints can you save?

It can store 75 fobs or digital codes. It does not read finger prints.

Does anyone know how to reset the lock to factory? Holding the registration for 10sec did not work for me! It beeps error or does not beep at all..

First you will unlock the door and then open the door to pull the magnetic sensor away from the magnet tab. Press and hold the register button for 10 seconds. You will hear a beep when you push the button and then another after 5 seconds and a third at 10 seconds. Quickly input on the keypad the master reset code 1470852369 and press * (star key). It should look like the system shuts down if you hear 4 consecutive beeps it failed. Success it will give you 3 beeps if you failed repeat the process until you succeed.You will then shut the door so the magnetic sensor comes in contact with the magnet tab. This will reinitialize the door. The password will be reset to 1234. All save data will be deleted.

What is the difference between the she 3321 and she 3320?

The 3320 has a key hole and can be open with the provided keys. The 3321 does not have a keyhole or keys. Otherwise, the locks are identical.

Does it work wth Zeegbee or Zwave?

As far as I know, it has no wireless capabilities. The only wireless technology(if you can call it wireless) it has is the RF ID.
