AHS Lighting L1562-UP1 Living Dinning Room Bedroom and Office Accent Lamp with Shade, 12", Pinecone

This is such a sweet looking, pretty little lamp. I have used it in two different houses for years. We have kind of a beach/birds theme in the house we have now. This lamp sits on my dresser in the master bedroom and it could not be more perfect or be a better compliment to the decor and furniture.We use a low watt bulb in this lamp because it stays on for hours at a time, and so it puts out just enough light to see by when all the curtains are closed. I have also used this lamp in the foyer as a night light when my husband had to work late. It takes the narrow base bulbs (see pic).The On/Off switch is located on the cord, about a foot from the lamp. The shade is secured by screwing on the little bird finial on top. Hope you enjoy the lamp as much as I do!

I was in need of a small, horse themed, low wattage but high quality lamp for a book alcove in my living room that was to be lit 24/7. After closely examining dozens and dozens here on amazon and a couple of other on-line stores, I chose this one. A great deal of consideration (and time!) went into this selection. It has turned out to be a truly excellent choice and I'm 100% happy. In the area of lamps, you just about always get what you pay for, and I'm very glad that I elected to spend the extra money. There's a definite difference between this lamp and the less expensive small lamps I own, and the quality is extremely obvious! I've received many positive comments from people who have seen it, as well.

Needed a rooster lamp to match kitchen decor. Purchased hoping it would fit perfectly under a kitchen cabinet. I knew from the measurements that it was small, but I was in hopes that I may could elevate it. I ended up not being able to use it, but decided to keep it in hopes of finding another place to use it.

The lamp looked so nice and we were very excited when it arrived. But it was a major disappointment. It's tiny and the painting is very bad. We will try to send it back because it was in no way worth over $40.00. I gave it one star because I couldn't give it less.

Run for the Roses arrived today in good condition and product described correctly. Perfect height for a kitchen counter lamp. Slightly disappointed that it's only 25 watts so more of a night light. Reached out to AHS for specific lamp make and model to be used. Can't rate brightness yet since I need the correct lamp to illuminate.

I was able to get this lamp for only $9 through amazon warehouse! The bottom was damaged as stated, but I easily patched it up with some black duct tape since it’s up high and no one can see the bottom of it. I used a 25watt Candelabra lightbulb as another reviewer suggested and it works great! This is also the perfect size for a kitchen counter. I used mine for my pantry. The second pic shows how much light it gives off in the dark. Worth getting it for $9, can’t say I would’ve paid full price for it though.

I use this lamp in my powder room. I am most disappointed in the fact that when the lamp is turned on, you can't see the "BEACH" that is imprinted on the burlap shade. It looks like a dark rectangle instead of seeing BEACH. In addition, it is not as brightly lit as the lamp I need to replace. I will use it until I find a lamp that I like better.
