Jayone Organic Aloe Drink, Pomegranate, 16.9 Ounce (Pack of 12)

What a disappointment. I've had this on "Subscribe and Save" for years, and then they went and changed the recipe.I appreciate that it is now organic, but the new taste is horrible. It is like rusty tap water, with almost no flavor. The honey has been removed, and while some may have not liked the sweetness, before, the bland, chalky taste now is unbearable. I tried to drink it, but it's intolerable. Gave me stomach problems as well, so I will now have to find a new brand of Aloe juice.Too bad. Was a staple in my house, and at work, for years.

The perfect drink to quench your thirst! I used to drink sodas but when I found this nourishing drink I switched over. The aloe is soothing, and the cane sugar is a great way to replenish electrolytes. This is my favorite drink ever. My 5 year old loves it too :) Thank you Jayone!!!!

I don't drink soda pop at all and have a pretty healthy diet. But I started drinking this to sooth my throat after vocal strain--I am a singer--and I've been addicted ever since. Whenever I feel like I've been on the phone too long, or yelled, etc., this completely heals the throat. It's probably good for the stomach, too. Of course, it's not cheap, at 220 calories a bottle, but at least the aloe is good for you. I've tried other brands but this one is the tastiest (and the little aloe bubbles are delicious)!

June 2018 Update: This review is for the old recipe of this drink. It was my favorite aloe juice by far that I ever found. The new recipe is different, so please disregard the rest of my review!! I will leave it up just to remind the company how good it used to be.(Written in 2012) Here's the best thing you can drink that's still unknown to the masses. It tastes phenomenal and is healthy at the same time. Aloe is great for digestion and can calm some serious problems. But you'll forget about that when you taste it. It's so light and healthy and crisp and natural and refreshing and perfect. No other drink lives up to those adjectives. The flavor is like a smooth white grape juice with some honey and aloe magic thrown in. I especially love it on a hot day. Yes, Aloe can be nasty by itself but with the right tweaks it's heavenly. I gave up soda decades ago, and this is the only thing I've ever wanted to drink like soda, for pleasure alone. It has some sweetness to it, but I disagree with a few others saying it's too sweet. I think it's spot on, and I'm sugar sensitive enough to not enjoy much candy or rich desserts. The aloe content is not chunky, but smooth. It comes from powdered aloe rather than actual aloe chunks in other drinks. But the benefits are still there. I would love to see this product be available everywhere as an alternative to sodas, especially if that means the price would become lower. I'm a foodie and consider this my greatest drink find of all time. Actually maybe it's better not to tell too many people. : ) Do a subscription to save, as you can cancel anytime. Cheers!

I was looking for a sweetened aloe water to replace the one my store discontinued. This was not it. I threw out the entire box after trying my first bottle.

I prefer the aloe drinks without pulp like aloe glo.

As a singer, I have drunk or gargled drinkable aloe vera (usually formulated for stomach problems) for years. This brand (which also comes in a tasty non-pomegranate aloe flavor) is so pleasant to drink that my daughter enjoys it! I drink it whenever either my throat is raw or my stomach needs soothing. On the downside, it's as sweet as a soft drink--but if one imbibes only as needed, it's worth the calories!

I have been drinking pulp-in aloe for several years when my stomach ulcer flares up. I have tried several brands and many different varieties. The J1 Pomegranate is exceptionally delicious, which puts it way ahead of some of the ones I have purchased in the past. I would not hesitate to buy it again.....and again.
