Can it be deflated if not needed for some time? and inflated again afterwards?

It doesn’t mention doing this in the instructions, but it would be easy enough to deflate by pulling out the stopper, and it’s quick to inflate (although it recommends doing it in 2 stages). I’m not sure whether it would do any damage over the long term though... Hope this helps!

I followed the instructions, if they say 24hours I wait 24 hours, better wait that have a broken ball

Yes. A small hand pump. I found it easier blowing it up with my mouth and then topping it up with the hand pump.
