Why is it so expensive on Amazon. You can get a box of 36 for $26.00 at Walmart.

This is the new price!!!! I ordered Oct 1 for just under $23. The three (for Halloween) never arrived. Price jumped due to postal, transport, etc. I would never have ordered for $34. A dollar apiece is high but doable. But MY package never arrived, but tracking shows it did on Nov 4???

That would vary from order to order. Usually at least 6 months away.
