Really nice addition to my cookware! Big step up from the George Foreman in terms of indoor grilling. Heats quickly, cleans easily, and gives a nice sear.

I picked this pan up as a replacement for an older pan. I wanted one that did not require constant seasoning and that still maintained the nonstick promise. We used this the day it arrived and followed the recommendations- no sprays, low to medium heat, and a little oil (or butter). It worked as promised. The lid is a bit of a disappointment, though, because water accumulates under the knob and between the glass and metal — areas you cannot dry. Also… the metal part of the lid seems “off” - not the quality stainless steel I would expect — it is thin and even after washing, I had a difficult time removing the “grease?” from the crevices.

Like it. But not the handles, would have love if they were hot to handle.

This pan was recommended to me by a friend who is in culinary school and is doing dinner party catering on the side. I was not disappointed by her recommendation.Pros:- Even heat distribution when cooking - there is no hot spot in this pan where everything cooks faster than the rest.- Large domed lid helps with cooking. It's makes it faster and helps keep moisture in, so when I cook meat it turns out more tender and juicy.- Perfect grill marks - this was my biggest need in a pan. I wanted those beautiful brown grill lines in my food.- EASY clean up. This pan is non-stick and that label is accurate. But beyond that, the grill lines are so easy to clean. They are more rolling than spiked like in my cast iron grill pan, so clean up is almost as easy as a flat surface pan.Cons:- it's on the smaller side. While this was not a con for me, as there are 2 people in my household and this is perfect for cooking for 2, I recognize that this will be a con for others.This is my go to pan for cooking meat or grilling veggies on the stovetop. It is great for the times when I can't use my outdoor grill (like in the frigid temps or when it's raining, since my outdoor grill isn't under a roof) or when I just don't feel like firing it up. I used this pan all winter, on average 2 to 4 times a week, and now that it's summer I still use it about once a week.

This works great to deliver a grilled flavor when you don't want to fire up the an entire charcoal grill for a small meal. It also does a great job with veggies, though I find it helps to parboil or stem them first and then let them cool. I used to keep a small Habachi for a single steak or something, but no more. This is easier and faster than waiting for the coals to reach the right temperature. This also is perfect in the winter when you can't really get to the BBQ. The lid helps trap the flavor and the high ridges give it both the flavor and look of outdoor BBQ. If you want you can try brushing a small amount of liquid diluted with water. The handles will get hot so common sense - use a potholder to move the pan. Cleanup is really fast and easy! I'll add this to my Christmas gift list for family.

Caution...this is a wonderful pan. Just don't leave it at high heat and it'll do fine. Much easier to use and maintain than a cast iron pan. You can turn the heat up high to get a steak started for searing, but just turn the heat down to medium right away to cook.

I lOVVVE this grill pan. Cooks food very thoroughly and evenly; and cleanup is a breeze. The construction is solid and the color is beautiful. I'm glad I made this purchase.
