What color do they look like? I want in the middle of white and blue!

Closer to white than blue. If there is a blue hue, it is very subtle. Noticeably less 'yellow' than the less expensive bulbs.

Will these blind other motorists? I'd like a wider lit area but I don't want to harm oncoming drivers.
