Perfect for rehabilitated squirrels
Squirrels love! A little pricey but the quality seems to be there.

Wonderful
We love this combo of items. The squirrels we rehab love it. It makes a great transition food from formula and baby food.

Squirrels won’t eat this. Birds love it!
The squirrels aren’t touching this mixture. But certain birds are loving it! Maybe wrong time of year for this kind of squirrel food?

Great product but expensive
The squirrels loved this mix. Great for them too but the price is too much to feed wild squirrels. It is a great product though and I highly recommend it. Sadly I can't offord to purchase it anymore. The squirrels go through it quick. I have at least 8-10 squirrels living on my property.

Disappointed - feed was musty and no one would eat it
I take care of orphan squirrels and currently have one that was newborn that was abandoned after a severe storm. I've raised him since he was 2 days old and it was time to start introducing foods instead of formula. I also have a farm so I know when feed goes bad, especially when it has that nasty powdery mold/fungus feel. That was what I found when I first opened the bag that I purchased here. I've seen this in old feed corn as well as bags of grains. The animals always know better than to eat it, even when it's rinsed off or after a thunderstorm. That is what I found was the case here. There's no expiration date on the package so there is no way of telling just how old this is. After my young squirrel refused all of it I dumped it in the yard where I normally put down a mix of corn/bird seed/chicken feed - which I always have out for the geese, turkeys and squirrels that are always around. After 3 days this product was not touched at all and the other food that I put down was completely gone. The critters didn't even bother to eat the nuts which are in the mix which I was really surprised to see.As other people have pointed out: corn, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, sunflower and peanuts are not the best thing to feed squirrels. They are okay but not recommended as a main diet. Raw peanuts can be very dangerous to squirrels and should be avoided - mainly because the possibility of fungus exposure.Walnuts, beechnuts, butternuts, hickory nuts, hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts, non citrus fruits and veggies (carrots, peas, broccoli, squash) are all excellent foods for squirrels - domestic or wild.

Healthy
We have one little black squirrel that appeared in the common area behind our house. We named him Rocky & decided to feed him. After reading the nutrition he needs, we chose this brand of food. He loves it all except the corn kernels. His favorite is the pumpkin seeds in the shell which he discards to eat the nut inside. There are cubes that help clean his teeth.Have we gone overboard? 😂
