RubyLuxBioNase Nasal LED Device

A friend told me bout this. Love it.

The one star I'm giving this is for proof of concept, for seems to work although the 660nm-only output is insufficent for histamine inhibition. As for the device, it is a piece of crap. The button never worked--had to unplug it to turn it off. The plug is cheap, however, and after several unplugs it is essentially broken. Had to cut the rubber holding to two pieces together because it was too wide. The battery case is poorly designed and the whole thing is janky overall. It's now in the garbage as I have bought a ~200 dollar unit, which includes 920nm for histamine reduction. So far it has been worth every penny.

I got mine today and have the same issue like other buyers wider probs for small nose . I did my experiment and cut it from the middle so two probs are separate now easy to use . It’s jut a joint nothing else .

The run time was 14.5 minutes, rather than 4.5 minutes as indicated in the data sheet. The very rigid support between the two LEDs did not allow adjustment to the actual nose shape, although the spacing was OK, just uncomfortable. If these two deficiencies were addressed, it would be a better product.

After five minutes switch to the other nostril. Not that big of a deal!!!After three days-my sinuses are clear and I am walking around rediscovering all the nice smells on a cool fall morning walk. Seriously!!Buy it. Get serious about using it as directed, keep a log of your progress. You will be amazed.

I read the study data about this before I found the device on Amazon, and I ordered it immediately. I've been using it for about three months.I've had nonallergic rhinitis for most of my life (I'm 54), deviated septum, and the most bothersome symptom was stuffiness at bedtime. I used Astelin for many years, and sometimes Flonase, and they worked well, but recently they weren't as effective.I use this device several times a day. You just insert the lights and push the button and it will automatically turn off after about ten minutes. I also got rechargeable 9-volt batteries.My lifelong stuffiness is GONE, and my post-nasal drip is nearly gone. And my husband says I'm not snoring as much. I want to tell everyone about this device! I think red light therapy is truly a game changer. Try it! It's cheap and you can probably return it if it doesn't work for you, but it's so worth a try!

I should have listened to all of the reviews that said this device keeps falling out of the nose. You can't just put it in and relax while reading or watching TV. You need to hold it in with your hand or get some sort of nose clip to pinch your nose. Since it is such an annoyance to use, I rarely use it and therefore have no idea if it works or not. This product should be redesigned to make it adjustable so that it stays inside the nose!! If anyone knows of a similar product that is better engineered, I would be willing to try it. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED OVER A SIMPLE FLAW THAT COULD BE EASILY RESOLVED.
