several years ago I was seeing a dermatologist nearly every month to have basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma skin cancer removed. Twice I had to be put to sleep in the hospital for their removal. The doctors were leaving surgery scars all over my arms, hands, legs and feet. These things are huge and will not go away on their own.I began using 7% iodine. In about a week they began to shrink. The Basil cells were falling off after a week. The squamous cells were much more difficult. After six or eight weeks of twice a day applications, they were still there, but much smaller. That's when I began taking "Pure Horizon IO Plus" internal Iodine.Let me tell you how many BCCs and SQs I had on the last go round Seven on the back of my left hand, one on the bottom of left elbow, one on top of left forearm, one on top of left foot, one on bottom of left foot, and four on my right forearm. These things were giants. Some were raised up more than a 1/4 inch and the circumference of a nickle.About three months after adding the internal iodine, and continuing the twice a day external applications, They all fell off leaving no scar. The one on the bottom of the left foot was the most stubborn. I guess because it was upside down and was not visable without a mirror. I have tried every brand of Lugols, Nacent Iodine blah blah.. and these WORK. The formulation is game changing for metabolism, womens health and brain function. I have just reordered my fourth bottle. Excellent product. You may have to play with the dosage.. I would recommend 3 days on , 1 off - this method works for me and keep me from having to go to high dosages. I have MTHFR, and these really seems to help with my methylation in general-

Low cost but could use more pills in bottle. Easy to swallow. Good source that dissolved easily and so absorbs well.
