I will admit, assembly was a bit finicky, and I even managed to slice myself when trying to screw in the mechanism cover on the side (those black parts are VERY sharp), however apart from that, there were no further issues in the assembly.I've used this chair for a full day so far, the massage function is excellent and my back didn't get tired at all despite being glued to the chair and rendering for pretty much 12hrs straight! The footrest is also pretty great, I never thought I needed one till I got this chair. The material is really sturdy but soft to the touch and I've got to say, I'm incredibly glad I got this chair! Delivery was also surprisingly fast considering my chair hails from all the way in Germany.All in all, it's an awesome chair!

Just looking through my past purchases and saw my gaming chair in the list, purchased july 12 2020, this chair has been amazing, very comfortable, very durable, over 4 years later after constant use (this is the only chair in my house i actually use) its only just started to show signs of wear. the adjustable back rest and head rest are still so firm and squishy, the wheels are all in tact and functional and there is little to no play in the chassy (the legs and stem) even the arm wrests show no signs of wear or elbow marks or anything else that would indicate 4 years of gaming. approx once a year ill give the screws a quick tighten with the supplied allan key and thats enough to maintain the chair. id love to see this chair be in continuous supply because when mine does eventually wear out, id love to buy another. did I mention how classy it looks? :D

Included different parts to what was shown in instructional video (washers and bolts etc). Chair assembly aside, it functions well with the vibrating massage and footrest, but this was spoilt by shoddy workmanship on the part of the supplier. Some staples came loose after assembly and (in one instance) actually tore my finger open. After a few weeks of use it is still comfortable but already creaking and doesn't feel as sturdy as I would like. Attempted to start a dialogue with supplier to replace footrest (where the staples had come loose) but after multiple attempts using Amazons mediation service, attemots have been ignored.

Struggled for comfort with other chairs and with being 6ft 2inch it’s hard to find a chair that’s perfect, but this Dowinx is fantastic. Very comfy and well made, and only took a week to arrive not the month suggested on Amazon. The adjustable lumber and head rest are spot on, and the bonus vibration massage for the lower back was better than I expected. Easy to build and feels like a quality chair. Well packaged and a nice little instruction manual. Very happy so far after a week.

I’ve been using this chair for one week, it is so amazingly comfortable! I have fallen asleep in it a few times. The support and comfort provided by the cushions as well as the attachable cushions, for me, is brilliant. My back feels considerably better whilst sitting in this than other chairs, which is good because as a programmer I have had back pains for some time. The footrest is great. It’s all very sturdy and adjustable. I feel it's a definite must buy and already recommended to friends.

I bought two of these chairs for my home office and they are absolutely perfect. Extremely well made, great looking, sturdy and comfortable with brilliant back support. Definitely great for spending long hours in front of the computer.

Positives - Chair was made with good quality materials,had a lot of thought put into the ergonomicswas very easy to assembleNegatives - Build quality was rubbish,the holes for the arm rests were in the wrong place on one side so the chair was tiltedThe massage function only worked when plugged in, no on/off function with a short cableVery small build, so not for anyone who is over a certain height or weight (I'm 5'7 for reference)Quite uncomfortable if not sitting up dead straightThe handle to adjust the back doesn't function properly, if you need to readjust, you need to sit forward, put the handle, and then adjust to what you want, if however it doesn't feel right after a second, you need to sit forward again and pull the handle to readjust, won't let you do small adjustmentsOverall it was certainly not worth the money that I paid, have sold it off within the first month to a friend for £50 which feels a more correct price
