I love how easy the scanner was to hook up and go now it did come with the book thing don't worry about that I made that mustake and scanned them and the scaner did not work so I did the reset and then tryed to see if it worked and yep it did. The scanner is a plug and go with out doing any fancy stuff to the scanner just on your Square Dashboard you need to do all the fancy stuff adding items and makeing sure you only have 6 numbers and no letters (NOTE) it will load it with 7 number or a letter all you need to do is take a letter and or a number out and save it. I hope if anyone gets the scanner that my tips and tricks helps them along the way!

Don't waste your money or time!
I purchased this scanner in December, 2020. Thanks to COVID, I was delayed in opening my store. It literally sat UNOPENED in the original box from Amazon until we did finally get to open our store. When I did finally get to open this spring (2022), we have NEVER been able to get it to work! I tried it with my Square stand... NOTHING. I tried it with my PC...NOTHING. I attempted to contact the manufacturer for repair only to learn that the warranty expired six months after I purchased it! Label was laying in box with the serial number. The scanner itself looks tampered with. Manufacturer has said it is a hardware issue and that I need to pay out of pocket to have it repaired! I will NEVER buy another one of these!

Good for square
This is one of the few brands I have found that works with my Square POS. Although it works, I have found that after so many barcodes are scanned it will not work. I have to unplug it for it began working again

Great Scanner
This is a very great scanner and is definitely a must have for scanning multiple barcodes, unless you want to manually enter the information into a spreadsheet. We also use Symbol brand for all our manufacturing process to collect and input the data into our database daily. This is a must have scanner.

no instructions, box looked very generic, unit appears to be new.
I ordered this NEW unit and a refurbished unit on amazon.this unit did not work, windows won't recognize it. I tried older and newer PCs (win10 & win11)the refurbished I bought worked immediately!I'm going to try scanning some programming bar codes and see if I can get this working.if I can't I will send it back... and order another refurbished one.also, NO instructions in the box for a new unit... why not?
