I'm very disappointed by the quality of this water bottle. It's only been a few days since I purchased this, and the plastic cap had already snapped off and this was just after a simple pick up. I only used this for the workplace and home, too. I can't imagine how this would withstand a hike.

Pros: This container does an amazing job of keeping beverages cool for a LONG time. Amazing in that regard.Cons: The plastic strap connecting the lid to the bottle lasted all of 1 day before breaking. Unlike most every other water bottle you have ever had you can not carry this using that loop - not more than twice... That then leads to the other reality that makes me say this is more of a container than a bottle. It is large and unwieldy without any handles of any kind and not light when you add 64 ounces of water.So if you were looking for a device to keep your beverages cold for a long time and you don't mind pouring the beverages out into something you can easily drink from this will work for you. If you are thinking of buying a 64 oz. Water Bottle to take to the gym, I would say you should look elsewhere.

LA can get heat upto 110 degrees. Since i was a bit skeptical about the functionality of this bottle, i filled it up with water and ice, chilled it couple of hours, then left it outside Saturday and brought it back in Sunday evening, the water was cold not room temperature but actually cold. I gave it to my husband who works as a landscaper and its out on the sun all day, basically hisbonly complaint was... the bottle is too small ( i got him the 64 oz) he said the water tasted great and it was cold. I just ordered one for my self👍👍👍

I bought the 64 oz bottle for keeping cold water at hand all day when I'm at work. I work in Home Health so I am in my car all day and so is my bottle. It hasn't been over 80 since I purchased it but I fill it with ice and water at the beginning of the day and I still have ice cold water at the end of the day. No leaks or sweating either. All in all, a very good purchase at a very good price.

Amazing product! Even thought the black part of the lid( the plastic part that connects the lid broke a month after the purchase) I think it’s a great product. It probably broke because I would hold it form there and the full thermos is too heavy. However it’s not a problem to have it without that plastic part. The lid is made of steel which is great because I had a previous thermos that the lid was made of plastic and I dropped it and the top lid that closes the thermos broke. So I could not use the thermos anymore. Because water would come out of the broken lid. However with this thermos that is not an issue because no water how much you drop it the lid is made of steel so it won’t break. I highly recommend This product. It also keeps my drinks cold or hot whatever I would like!

I was one of the many buyers who'd had a bad experience with the plastic top breaking. Left a mixed (3 star) review on Amazon and moved on. Yesterday, I received an unsolicited replacement... along with an additional replacement top that looks like it is seeking to address the much highlighted flaw with the product (image included).Always a great looking product. And while I'd certainly continue to recommend seeking a version that has the new lid design.... I have now revised this review (primarily to reflect the customer service experience).

20.11.19 - today the strap broke causing bottle to fall and dent. Very disappointing!A bottle of that weight and size should have a handle and spout for easy pouring and drinking. I tried drinking from the bottle and it hit against my tooth causing much discomfort.My daughter loves her as it keeps her water cold all day but it isn't practical.

I was so excited for this as I'm ramping up my hydration; but I'm terrified to fill it all the way up because the plastic handle feels so flimsy :( I'm scared it'll break at any moment. It's also SO hard to drink out of, unless you'd like a bath in the process I'd say avoid. I might try to find a better lid that fits it but as of right now, not impressed.

Really hard wearing. Keeps liquid hot or cold throughout a full day. Ideal when you have an evil boss who won't let you leave your desk to make a drink! I have two. One for hot water and one for milk. And I never leave my desk....

It’s well insulted and the wide spout is useful.The design is great!The build quality is pretty poor though.The lid doesn’t fit airtight due to poor tolerances and can leak slowly if laid on its side. The plastic loop to the lid should be sturdy but has already broken on one of the two I’ve purchased.Hard to recommend unless you can get it cheap.

large capacity, good at retaining temperature. Plastic loop that holds lid broke on second use. No way to repair.

Bought this for my son who is an arborist. He is really pleased with this, it holds enough, keeps the water cold and means no more plastic bottles!
