The delivery was flawless and the paid installation also went without any hitch.Promax should also add the spanner and needed tools to install at home. The seat is a little uncomfortable as it is too small and narrow for an adult.I had to buy a wider seat which should help.Otherwise the product is good and value for money and hope that it will last for a decent period of time as the looks do show that it's built strong.Happy!

This product is professional. The build quality and design including the seat is sturdy and comfortable for long intense cycling workouts. The flywheel weight of 18kg and magnetic resistance make the riding experience perfect. There’s no noise level. I can watch TV and keep cycling. It’s got great resistance. I really think it’s a value for money product since others don’t offer 18kg flywheel and magnetic resistance together.
