Follow up: this is trash. I had another client come in for a facial and I ran the steamer before she came in to make sure it was working. It didn’t even heat up at all, just beeped. I unplugged it so it would stop and then the magnifying lamp broke off as I was twisting it. This is trash and the company is not responding to my emails. Of course I’m 5 days past getting an amazon refund. So pissed.Now I need to go spend more money on a new steamer.This product has so much potential to be great! Easy to set up and works well HOWEVER- if your water is at all above the line or below the line, it has a God Awful high pitch beep. At least when it’s done it to me it was just my sister and not a paying client. The steamer works well, heats up fast and the magnifying lamp and light are great. Another bummer is it has 2 different plug ins, but you can take the lamp/light off and attach it to a table top.

You get what you pay for
I do like this facial steamer, but it has a few weird quirks. You cannot fill it to the max fill line or it will over heat and not function. It loudly beeps when it overheats or if it does not like the type of water you use. It does not like distilled water and will screech if you try to use it in my experience. The steam is great and the steam temperature is great. The attached light works well and it was easy to set up. Overall it’s worth the price, but it is not going to function as well as more expensive steamers.

Aunque el producto funcionó bien y el precio es buenísimo. Si no le echo agua por encima del maximo comienza a soñar un pito.

Great product for the price !!
Very good vapor . The light is strong enough and the amplifier lenses is great. I use glasses and this help me on my everyday facials very much . Seller is very professional and gave me all the attention when I got the vapor and was not using correctly. They gave me all the attention and teach me how to use the vapor on a safe way. Thank you very much
