Helped with flat feet
I was a bit sceptical at first....it was a bit expensive for what it is. However I was having pains in my sole and so the insoles I got in my shoes previously wasn't working. No pain this week so so far so good.

True to size
Description stated the product was new but the box may be damaged and they were reduced because of this. Very accurate description. The product is perfect and true to size

Not impressed
Makes my heels slip in my sneakers due to the volume of the insole taking up space in the shoe. As a result I only keep them for casual use/Runnjng errands. The suport just feels like a lump under my foot. Expensive mistake to make as these are not cheap.

They have wide heel support. Make sure your shoes have space before buying
The arch support is too wide to fit into the shoes I needed it for. The shoes that it works in were more spacious around the middle of the foot. I don't think they're suitable for tight fashion boots and sports shoes. Also you can't contact the seller through Amazon until the package has been received.
