Does the truck bag come with a storage bag? if so, about what size does it pack down too?

Did anyone get directions on how to use this in the box it was delivered in?

I understand that what is simple to some may not be simple to all however, it's literally a Bag, that when zipped up properly (fully closed) and the flap is pulled down over the zipper (It's either positioned properly or not) it is weatherproof. There are 4 loop (1 on each corner) for tie down capabilities. This is one of those items where you should look at the picture and roll with it. There were not directions. In my opinion it would be like getting directions in a back pack. I hope this builds your confidence that you got this...

Would two adult size mountain bikes fit inside the bag?

no. If you take of the tires maybe!

Does this product have sides to it? It appears in your ad to have semi-rigid sides.

If you mean is there a structure to keep it kind of boxy? No, there is not. It worked to keep everything dry but there is not a frame/sides to keep its structure.
