I like my ring light because without it, I wouldn’t be able to get great shots of myself with different lighting. What I dislike about this particular ring light it that the tripod pole has no grips to perfect the “twist lock” feature. I strongly suggest getting a pair of grip gloves to master adjusting and readjusting the height of the tripod and prevent it from slipping down if it’s nudged accidentally.

I use it for online teaching. I prefer to do this standing up, and this is plenty tall for that.It is plenty steady enough, and about as steady as one would expect for a slender device as tall as a person. (I did add some extra ballast weight in a sack slung over the base, but could have done alright without that.) I did tuck shims into some loose bits: (1) is the grip on the pole, of the arm that holds the tablet. I wrapped a little paper around the pole and then it holds fine. Before that it was loose. (2) is the direct grip on the tablet, which is well made but is just not quite snug (small, tight enough) on my Kindle Fire 7 (positioned horizontally). Once everything was tuned up, it has been flawless.

This met my expectations. I have nothing to compare it to. There are variations of light color and brightness. I wanted something to hold my iPad at a flattering height sitting on the kitchen table or desk top for zoom meetings. I’d say it works for me.The only issue I had with assembly, springing open the connector that snaps on the telescoping pole. This is part of the assembly for the iPad connection. Unless I missed something in the instructions, it needed to be pulled open, and I feared breaking it in the process.The ring light is obstructed by the iPad, this I discovered. I understood the iPad does not fit within the light.I am pleased.

I just got it this morning, heard the UPS truck looked out the window and asked him if he had a package 📦 for and he said yes! Wasn’t expecting it this early since they said out for delivery and I may get it by 9 pm. Easy out the box installation, comes with a remote and an IPad, Camera and IPhone Clip. Idk how to set up the camera clip bcuz there is not screw to attach it. Not a big deal though bcuz I don’t have a camera anyway. The ring light has about 10 settings. For it to be on the smaller side of ring lights it has lots of power. It comes with a selfie stick also. It’s pretty y’all too. Don’t throw the screw away bcuz that is going to tighten your pole. Very beginner friendly and cost affect for first time bloggers for make-up or YouTubers. You won’t be disappointed!

This item is easy to set up and provides various color temperature lighting by simply pushing an in-line button on the power cord. Tripod extends from desktop level to chair level from the floor. Solution: when attaching an iPad to the iPhone holder, the iPad's weight is too much for the friction knob to keep it at the proper angle. Problem: when using the ring light on the desktop, use a separate stand to hold the iPad below the ring light such as a picture frame holder or a small, folding easel (see photo).

All around the product is great!Loved the fact is CAN hold my iPad Pro.Ring is perfect size.and the fact that my iPhone also holds well is great.ConsI wish the ring was a little bit brighter.the spin locks seem to hold when they want to.The higher you open the stand the more unstable it feels, especially if you have iPhone and iPad in holders. added a weight to back to maintain stabilityAll in all Concept of unit is great... I think it needs a few tweaks to sturdy it up... But I am overall happy with my purchase.

OK for use once in a while. Not for professionals. Must stand on a flat surface. Light plugs into a USB jack.

I have a weekly podcast show and when Covid-19 hit; we could no longer go into the studio. Turning a room into a great video area with plenty of lighting was a task. When I came across this selfie light it was the third type I had purchased. 3rd time proved to be a charm. This selfie light is easy to use, easy to move and set-up and most importantly provides a beautiful choice of lighting. I'm happy and I look better on video now when compared to studio lighting. My viewers are asking why I look vibrant and renewed. Dare I share it's all in the lighting. This is a must buy and great for photographing food and small jewelry. Just in case anyone was wondering. I'm in love.
