We have now had this product for 10 months and have absolutely loved it. Once you have it set up, and the wifi is strong enough to reach the monitor it works great. We have brought it on vacation, and set it up with other private wifi networks as well. It will burn through your battery on your phone, but if we are setting it up to watch IE: My wife and I are going to sit outside during the summer, we bring up the monitor on an iPAD, and it works great. Adding people to the app is easy as well. This is convenient so 2 people can move the screen, or turn the sound on / off.The true beauty of this product comes into play when you hear the baby crying or making a noise, and you can just quick pull up the app, and determine if she just rolled over, or if she is doing pushups in the crib. With this being our first child, it has also been worth a lot of smiles and laughs to see our daughter stand up with the crib rail and dance / babble when she wants to be done with her nap.

We have had our device now for two years. We did have problems with our unit about two months ago but the great customer service swapped out my device for a new one free of charge. Everything is running great again.The wife and I really like this item. You can use it from your phone from any location! The picture is sharp and it's just so easy to use. We like being able to check in when we are out and grandparents are baby sitting to checkin on things or when I'm traveling I can view from my phone. It's amazing technology and I have reccomended to all my friends who have kids. To me it's a must have! Our wifi is good i.e. 50gb. Do yourself a favor and get one!

We now have two of two of these (one for each kid) and they work great. Very easy to install. I also like that you get an additional mountain mechanism that you can mount it to a shelf or the crib. I would personally never want it on the crib due to wires and all of that but it's an option. My only complaint is it is a bit pricey. It works great but just wish it was a little less money. (But don't we all)

I don’t hate this product but I don’t love it. I bought it in hopes of attaching it to our daughters crib, but the way her crib is designed makes it impossible to attach it at a good angle. Her crib has a solid headboard and footboard and only has railing on the sides. If her crib had railing all around, this would probably work out great. I attached it to the side railing easily in a few minutes with no problem, but it wasn’t a good angle so we ended up just putting the camera on her bookshelf across the room. The reason I’m knocking 1 star is because this seems like it’s really just a crib mount. It comes with the screws to mount it to the wall, but I think you’d be better off just getting a corner shelf that is more aesthetically pleasing and sit it on top of that for the same price or less. As for the camera, we LOVE it!!!

I have had three different monitors between my kids and this one by far has been my favorite. I was nervous at first about having it because we have issue with out Internet some times and it did not have a parent base but I found the even when the internet is out you can still see your baby as long as your phone is hooked to the same network that is down. The picture is clear and it is nice to be able to move the camera to see what is going on with mobile toddlers.

This thing is AMAZING,I can watch my son in the dark, take photo, video, and hear and speak to him. This thing plays music and does just about everything you can think of. My friend loved it so much she got one for her son also! I love that I can see video from anywhere remotely! I can check in if I am in town and he is being watched by another family member! I can watch him play and even control the zoom and angle from my phone, from anywhere! Would buy again.

This mount for the iBaby Monitor works basically well. The brackets that attache to the wall and the crib are made of metal. The wall bracket came with two plastic drywall anchors and screws that worked well. I did not test the crib bracket because our crib bars are too wide to use it on, but I did notice one thing; the screw that tightens to hold the bracket on does not have any kind of pad on the end of it so if your crib is made of wood or some other type of soft material it will certainly dent it.Once I had the wall bracket mounted the the wall it seemed very sturdy and I was happy with it. On the other hand when I attempted to mount the camera into the plastic monitor holder that attaches to the bracket I became a little concerned. Since the base is made of plastic with an arm around the ball of the monitor I expected everything to sit snuggly and possibly even snap into place. In the plastic holder ends up just being a place to set the monitor like you would if you were placing it on a shelf. So, the camera doesn't feel attached to the wall as I was expecting. Then when I wen to check the view I was getting from the monitor I realized that it was not level. So I check the plastic holder and realized it is sagging under the weigh of the monitor. It is not an extreme sag, probably 5 degrees or so, but it is enough to make me wonder if this will hold up long term.To be honest at $35 I expected better quality and slightly better functionality; maybe even everything made out of metal. To be fair, at least the monitor won't slide around because of the shape of the plastic holder and the way that they have the power cable rout through the wall mount is well thought out.

The wall mount works great. I was able to mount the camera myself without my husbands help. I mounted it above the crib so that I can easily see my baby. I originally had the camera on the book shelf without the mount, but the crib railings were getting in the way of my view. I am glad that iBaby came out with this product. It wasn't available when I originally bought my camera.

It’s probably good for the iBaby M6 or M6T, but it does NOT fit the iBaby Care M7 (Which was in the product description of the item I purchased). Power lead is square, but the holes provided in the wall mount are round. The base does not fit snuggly (very loose and wobbles when panning) and socket for the power lead is exactly where the holding ring is. M7 compatibly should be removed from the description of this item.

Definitely a must have when you purchase the camera. The wall mount lets you position the camera wherever you want in the room for the best angle in the crib. You also don't need to be worried about it getting knocked off a dresser when the baby gets older or by older kids.

Ordered the baby monitor for my son and Daughter-in-law after reading many reviews of baby monitors. Unfortunately the item never worked - my son is an IT engineer and couldn't get either his or his wife's phones to connect to the monitor. He even called tech support in the USA to try and sort it out. We sent it back for a refund.

I personally think this should get included in the camera package, the tray is not very useful without this holder! It's also nice that they put on notice saying do not mount it to crib after baby reaches 8 months old.
