I just received the amazing grass brain booster. I was hoping it would pair well with the super greens, which I love. I am already impressed. I only took them a shot while ago, but my energy level is surpassing a cup of coffee for sure. I blend the two with juice. The taste is not great, but I'm not a weenie about things like that. The benefits often far outweigh a moment of not so great taste.

Use multiple flavors of Superfood daily like a fruit punch in half-gallon of water with Apple cider vinegar.When the brain, collagen, and the other with a weird name I can't recollect off the top of my head. It helps reduce stress and to me seems similar to tea to chill by.Comparing this with lemon-lime and watermelon find the price point similar but the overall nutrients are very different.At 55 haven't craved coffee for about ten years since I began drinking lemon-lime. Vegan caffeine is awesome.By mixing different varieties has essentially created a nutritious tasty breakfast medley every morning.I did like the texture, the flavor was not as if expected. I found it pleasant with Apple cider vinegar. But I'm a weirdo for this stuff to the average newbie likely may dislike its plainness compared to superfood with flavor.A couple of other tricks, ice-cold water, organic lemon. I get the Italian liquid type I'd make ice cubes so they last longer. Apple cider vinegar gives it a nice flavor, too.I mix either watermelon or lemon-lime for vegan caffeine, pineapple lemongrass for vitamins, extra c tangerine, lately been using the new strawberry lemon for help with my hair as skin, and super berry helps with internal inflammation for my military injury.For inflammation, I adjusted my diet. Less dairy and gluten. This helped but not enough. One month after using Super Berry had virtually zero wrist pain. Diet modification and SB helped me reduce the pain and I feel better with inflammation reduction.I had no idea this is a problem from too much dairy or gluten.Overall this product is great. I enjoyed it. I did feel it held up to my lemon lime or watermelon vegan caffeine. I made sure to use it without my morning punch. I felt it works great.The only reason I'm not using it any longer is for the money the other two is mentioned have more for the money at 100 servings and have more ingredients I like including daily on its own.Combined with the other nutrients for the punch it's drinking a garden daily.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because it works great.
