Reflective Running Vest - 360° High Visibility Yellow Safety Vest with Adjustable Side Closure and Inside Pocket

I wear a XL size t-shirt so I purchased an XL size vest without looking at the sizing chart first. The vest was so big that I could cross my arms inside of the vest. No matter how tightly I made the vest it kept sliding off my shoulders. I purchased a L and that one fits much better.

Heads-up: The package came with a slip promising free gear if I wrote a positive review online. Presumably other customers received such a slip as well, so some of these reviews may have ulterior motives. I will not be accepting any compensation for this review.That said, this vest was exactly what I wanted.I got this looking for something to hold my phone while running, without sliding around like an armband. I'm 5'8" and 185lbs, and the S/M size was perfect for this. It comes down to my navel - really more of a "bib" than a "vest". It holds my phone snugly against my beer gut, without bouncing around. It looks ridiculous, but I don't care. It's so much better than having an armband constantly sliding around.Some notes:-The zipper entry is against your body. So you have to reach in and pull out your phone to interact with the screen. But it's easier than a cheap armband.-The pocket is on the side with more reflective material. So if you want the reflective material on your back, your phone will be hard to reach.

If you intend to wear one of these over any kind of jacket or coat, be sure to order an X-Large. It still may not fit over a thick over-garment. I am 5"11 158 lbs, i.e., thin, and the large will not fit over a medium thickness winter jacket.

I drive for Amazon delivering packages and I needed a lightweight, yet not so huge safety vest that people could still visibly see me, plus I wanted something that wouldn't catch on the boxes as I walk them up to the customers door. A lot of my vests get shredded cuz they get caught on corners of boxes that are bulky and they rip I was pleased that this one is more form-fitting and it's stuck against my body, didn't seem to grab onto boxes.Next, it's lightweight but just as durable as the other quality vests I've bought.I also like that it doesn't have a ton of pockets all over. I just don't need it for my job. I even got a compliment on it, my husband said he may get one for his job. I think it's going to work out fine, I may even use it when I go biking with my husband for safety. I'll use it for a couple of weeks and if it still works out I'll buy some more... thank you

I like this better than my previous vest. While both are bright and reflective, the style and fit of this vest is a better design. This has two large and sturdy hook and loop tape fasteners. Also it goes on over your head, which is easier for me. My other one was baggy in fit with just one tiny fastener. A loose vest might sound comfy, but I walk in a very windy area, and usually with Nordic poles. It has been a distraction and nuisance to have a vest that was flapping around and trying to come off in the wind while I have limited use of my hands because of the poles. This new vest fits fine, and it stays put. The mesh is cooler fabric for summer and the zippered inside pocket is a nice feature. I previously had to have an extra thing to hold my phone and keys, but in this vest there is room in the pocket. It seems very nice for the price. I am happy with it and would definitely get it again.

This is a good product. The problem is with the size. It's marked as XL and it is not really XL. It did not fit me and given the size, it should have been. So two stars are off for that misleading size label.

We live on a dead end street with no street lights and have pre-teens. I feel pretty safe letting them play outside but sometimes we get cars that speed down the street. We are obviously in a pandemic and the only way that the kids get to play with the neighbor kids is distanced, outside and with masks. I bought the small and mediums for the kids to wear when they play outside so that they can be seen since it gets dark around 4pm. They are a little big on them (as expected) but look true to fit for adult small and medium. I also bought myself an extra large sot hat it will fit over all my running clothing. It is certainly big enough for that, probably also true to fit sizing-wise. Great deal.

Used my reflective vest for the first time this morning on my 5 mile walk in the rain. When the light hit the vest, such as car headlights, I am highly visible for the on coming cars. I especially like the vest because it is lightweight and not a full vest. My friend has the full vest of another brand and she complains it keeps here extra warm which is not what she wants once we get walking and warms up. My vest on the other hand, keeps me visible and does not provide extra warmth. In addition to the vest, I also use a headlamp. Purchased size small and it fits perfectly over my down jacket and dried quickly after the rain. Highly recommend if you want to be seen by traffic on both the sidewalks and roads.
