I've heard about the positive effects of hydrogen, but I wasn't sure if it was worth trying or not. I'm very active, and I was curious if it would make a difference with my workouts. I exercise first thing in the morning before I eat. I drank the hydrogen prior to my workouts. I felt like I actually had more energy when I drank the hydrogen. Just for fun, I quit using the hydrogen for this past week, and today I realized that I was really dragging through the workout. It was one of my easier workouts too. When I was using the hydrogen, there were days when I powered through some of my really hard workouts like T25.Another interesting development...I have been fighting plantar fasciitis in my left foot for the past couple of months. This is an inflammation of the fascia along the bottom and heel of the foot. The hydrogen is supposed to help combat inflammation. I can't speak for everyone, but while I was drinking the hydrogen, my pain in my foot decreased. As I mentioned earlier, I quit using the hydrogen for a week, just to see what would happen, and I've noticed that my foot seems to hurt more than it did a couple of weeks ago.Finally, during this time period of using the hydrogen, I went out hiking with a friend. I really overdid it that day. When I came home, my foot ached. Also, my entire body felt completely exhausted. I wasn't sure I would be able to sleep that night. I took my nightly dose of hydrogen which you're supposed to do anyway, but I'm pretty forgetful at night, so I wasn't very diligent with the nighttime dose. Anyway, I took the hydrogen and went to bed. I slept soundly, but when I woke up the next morning, I still felt tired from overdoing it the day before. I didn't want to do my workout, but since I've never regretted a workout, I decided to at least try. I drank the hydrogen. Five minutes into my workout, I was feeling great and energetic. The fatigue was gone, and I had a great workout.Overall, I really feel like this product has helped me have a swifter recovery after workouts, has given me better energy, and has helped my nagging issues with my foot.

I know this products worth but i purchased a 60 tablet bottle and only received 30 tablets. I saw another review of this being the case as well so watch out when you buy it. Not sure what is going on here…

After seeing an interview with the owner of this company on Youtube and listening to some MMA Fighters testimonials I bought a bottle. I followed the instructions and took it for a month plus. For I'm not an athlete so I didn't really feel the benefits of it. Maybe if you're really in tune with your body and how it performs this will work for you. I'm an older out of shape Dad and didn't feel any different. Also the taste on its own isn't the greatest. I had to mix it with Mio to make it taste better.

I have concerns about HRW sending me a 30 count bottle, but charged me for the 60 count which is what I thought I was purchasing per the website description. This has happened twice now. Luckily I will be able to return the second purchase. The 30 and 60 count bottles look just a like, except the 30 count is smaller.

A friend introduced these to me. It cured my hangover. Hooray! Then, I realized what it could do for my health day to day. Such an easy product to use. And try the blue raspberry ones too! Yummy!

Something is happening healthwise, too soon to make conclusive statement. I do have more energy and faster recovery time from fatigue: standby for an update

Yet, I have a problem with them. It takes about 20 minutes for the pill to dissolve in icy cold water. I will try other brands to determine how quickly they dissolve.
