STOP-Do not buy. Does not work, and you pay shipping to return
The media could not be loaded. STOP-DO NOT BUY...item will not freeze. Company will charge you to ship it back*update: still going back and forth with seller and manufacturer. Manufacturer is apparently denying this is their product. Meanwhile, I’ve taken the unit to a local repair company for diagnosis and possible repair. I’m assuming, if repairable, that a repair is cheaper than self-paid shipping...we will see. Further updates pending.Update: upon further inspection from repairman, since there are over 27 welds holding the plate inside, it honestly is not repairable. Spent $95 for local repair facility to test and try to charge with Freon, leak is in plate, no way to repair it. Additionally, there is no labeling to indicate that this is even an Vevor product, as represented. No resolve to date I’m now approximately at a $700 complete loss out of pocket.I’m very upset about this!

Very fun to make Rolled Ice Cream
Easy cleaning and very quite. Very user friendly the kids make their own rolled ice cream. And the flavors are endless. The hardest part is picking out topping for the next one

Avoid Avoid Avoid!
Making roll ice cream on this machine is literally impossible. The middle would get super cold while the outer perimeter would remain cool. Please look elsewhere. It was a pain in the rear to return this product. I experienced it so you wouldn't have it.

I think it should have more Hiw to use Instructions.
I normally don’t write reviews but I wanted to write my review based on the customer service, let just say that by far it was the best customer service I have received from this seller. From day one I was really pleased with there quick responses t ok my emails and how they help me with anything I asked in regards of this product. I had an issue with the machine freezing to much and I know they did there best to try to correct it. When I returned the unit I was once again amazed on how fast I received my refund. Thank you so much for everything and your 5 Star customer service.

Better operational help
Machine works. Just needs more instructions (online, etc.) On how to set up and use. Still trying to figure it out.

To cold than when you use peddle to help defrost it get to warm. Wish I did not buy. Waste of money

No salen los rollos
No es lo que yo esperaba, los rollos no salen uniformemente se quedan pegados en la máquina y se congela muy rápido. No sirve para comercializar al público
