William Bounds 7 3/4" Ruby red pepper mill. The William Bounds milling mechanism (the grinder) works in a way that crushes rather than grinds the peppercorns. As a result, the mechanism will never jam or freeze up, and because metal is not grinding on metal ¿ as with other mills ¿ the William Bounds mechanism will never wear out.

unique and sturdy
This has stood up well to constant use in our restaurant, and customers have asked where we got it. It should give years of service, and does not look tired as wooden models do after awhile.
