How do you get the lighter out to change it? Cover is very tight

There are two sizes. The regular Bic size has an opening in the bottom: you can push the lighter out with a pen. The smaller size has a solid bottom, so you have to pull the lighter out from the case. The top of the lighter is slippery. You need something to grip it with. Flat rubber kitchen grippers for opening cans usually work. Cushion the lighter top with a rag and apply pliers carefully. Or find someone who texts a lot and has strong thumbs.

Is the case magnetic?

No it's not. I really like these

Is it reactive to a magnet? If its aluminum it wont stick to a magnet.

Umh.., my best guess is no, since aluminum foil is basically a type of processed paper but since you can't use it in a microwave, it might react to a magnet. I can suggest perhaps you try buying a small magnet and seeing if it reacts to the foil. Otherwise, you could ask a science teacher or student.

Class up your bic

this makes my lighter look much classier, I would prefer the design were on both sides. the fit is very tight and the lighter probably won't come out without poking a thin screwdriver or something though the hole in the bottom, I would not try to remove a lighter that still has gas in it.
