Hi, does the handle have two positions to choose from, the one shown in the pictures but also a more ‘upright’ position as well please? thank you.

The handle fixes into the slanty angle shown. Any photos of it with a completely upright handle would have been taken whilst the trolley was being folded. It can happily sit still with the handle upright, but you wouldn't be able to push it along like that.
