Best shoe since the Nano 6’s
By far the best CrossFit shoe I’ve owned in a long time. Love the grip and the secure feeling in the shoe. Super wide toe box. The heel is solid but forgiving on the runs. Excellent shoe all around.

Terrific for my workouts!
Metcons were aging and I decided to give these a shot. They are superior in just about every way! Much better for running as well.

Backs rub
These shoes are awesome for the box or any kind of heavy lifting movements. Some more pros are they are light the laces are actually heavy duty and won’t come untied easily, they grip almost any surface like a champ. The only negative I have seen so far is the back of the shoe is extra high and rubs your Achilles unless you wear high socks. This is actually a big negative for me.

Good overall shoe!
Felt very sturdy. Good for lifting but enlightening flexibility to run in and plyometrics as well. Only problem I had was they felt a little wide for my feet
