I don’t think it’s meant to increase wright so no it won’t make you increase or lose weight

Why do you say your maca is four maca colours when there are only three variants yellow red and black there is no such thing as brown maca

It is a combination of two Maca Extracts not four as in the description in this product which are Yellow Maca Root Extract And Black Maca Root Extract

Does anyone know how big the capsules are? 4000mg sounds a lot to have in one capsule.

It’s a regular size oblong capsule so not as bad as it sounds. It’s approx 2cm long and 0.5 cm diameter.

Does anyone know what the nutritional data is on this product
