Picture and description show a halo as well. Is the halo included (looking at the black Large wings set for $12)???

I bought the white set of wings and it came with the halo. This was in 2018 so it may not be the same now.

would these wings fit an adult?

I bought them for adults. We did have to add extension to the elastic that goes around your shoulder. It all depends on how big is your back. They served our purpose.

Is black halo included, I didnt receive one with the wings?

Yes, it was included with mine, but broke immediately.
