One bucket is $98. A "set of 2" is $821. How many are in a set ?

A set of 2 would mean 2 buckets, 48 meals. Don't buy that someone went crazy with that offering... just buy 2 buckets.

Is this brand made in the USA?

Yes the Mountain House Foot are made in the U.S.A. . Mountain House were involved in supporting the U.S. military for their package meals.

Are thepouches bpa free?

I agree, if you're hungry enough you will eat it, not to mention the BPA issue is not nearly as bad of an issue as they make it out to be.
