4 Site Aeroponic Plant Cloner - 4 site Clone Bucket 1.0 from Hydro West

Great entry level Aeroponic cloner. It is pretty much what you would get if you made one yourself but without the work of finding all of the parts. You may be able to make this cheaper yourself but I doubt it.There is only one alteration I made to the design. The Neoprene Inserts are just slightly larger than the holes. You can compress them to stick inside the holes but it is hard to put them in half way without sometimes going too far and the inserts fall into the water. I tapered off one side so that one end is slightly smaller and gets wider. This way it fits right is the hole and just a slight tap makes the insert stay snug.The "mist" effect happens when the water hits the side and splatters everywhere. You do not want the stream to hit the plant directly. This may cause the plant to rot.

This thing would be a good product if only they tried it out because if they did they'd know that the suction cups they put on the pump to hold it to the center of the bucket bottom are not strong enough to keep it there. So you get it all set up, plug it in, and a few minutes later the suction cups let go and the pump flops over on its side, so the strong sprayer streams start blasting the stem ends instead of just misting them as required. So annoying when manufacturers go cheap on some simple but vital detail, rendering there product useless.

Awesome resultsTo the folks giving bad reviews and suggesting manifold is too short - this is aeroponics, this is how its supposed to be.Included nutes and root starter will last several cycles.I only wish I would have gotten one with more than 4 sites!

Ordered this bucket 2 weeks ago. Got it 5 days from order and just like it says strong healthy clones in 5-10 days. Well it only took 7 days! Outstanding product! Thanks hydro west

Very poor quality. Had to buy new pump and make my own manifold. Will never buy another one from Hydro West!!

Don't waste your time. Opened the box and started looking at the contents. 3 packets of different colored powder labeled A,B,C with a sharpie with no real description of what they were. A set of 2 tiny bottles (A and a B) of what I think was a solution to keep the water clean. The clone bucket itself and the pump and "mister". Okay so I followed the recipes for the powders, which to me is not needed, a simple bottle of clonex will work just fine. I put the pump together with the "mister", I use quotes around mister because that thing shot super soaker like streams at the fragile plant cuttings while in the bucket. Seriously they were very strong streams, not even close to a needed mist. Ok so I have my clones in, the laser beam water shooter was "watering" my clones, I left it for the night feeling 50% sure they were gunna make it thru the night. Well, when I woke up the pump had tipped over and no water had been hitting the plants for hours. They were wilting and basically dead. It seems like this dude got a good deal on all the components that go into a clone bucket and just started making homemade buckets and ripping people off with the s*** quality. Like I said don't waste your time.

It works great

Easy to set up, easy to use! Can find as much info as you need online and instructions are printed on front of bucket! Hard to read as they are very small print, but look up their website and you will find much more information! Great little gadget! Haven't had a chance to use it but I'm sure it will do a great job on Strawberries or whatever you may need to clone!
