I went with this one because I wanted something lightweight to line up my beard, as well as something that allows a bit more of the blade to stick out. This one does that incredibly well. Additionally, it has a function that I've never seen in a straight razor before - where it holds the blade perfectly in place while you lock it in. I can't recommend this enough. The leather pouch is also really nice, and I like that there is an opening on the undersize of the wood, so that water on the blade has a place to drain out. They've thought of everything.

Makes it easier for shaving longer hair with smoother strokes.The overall weight was a little bit of a surprise. The handle is very light with no counterweight. If I were to buy a Uwunder again I would definitely get their other model that advertised a heavier handle. It would increase the overall of the shave.But other then that. The tool is well made and a good buy. Cheers.

The style is very amazing, its not heavy so its light weight, and comes inside a very nice design leather case. The only thing i find dificult to deal with is on putting on the blade, i get scared to get cut, i put it and when i try closing it , it take the blade out many times and i try doing it gently. But once its inside, i love to use it. I had seen many blades straight and this is the only one so far i had seen with a very nice shape and style. Love it.

I was really excited about this razor until I received it and it fell apart in my hands during my first use. First of all, the blades that they provided did not fit in the razor correctly. You are able to get them in, but they don’t allow you to fully close the locking mechanism, so the blade moves a little bit while shaving.Besides that though, I was in the middle of shaving, when a screw dropped off the razor and fell into my sink and caused the razor to fall apart. I didn’t have high hopes for this razor but it’s like they didn’t even try.

I bought this as my first straight razor.It fits well in my hand.Easy to cleanLooks amazing and the pouch looks great too.Solid tight constructionI do only use it on myself and about once a week at that so thats something to keep in mind.

I have to say, I was pretty impressed with the quality of the shavette. I was a bit hesitant to buy it over some of the slightly cheaper brands at first but it was certainly worth the cost. It has a sturdy steel razor holder with two pieces that clamp over the razor itself and four round cylinders that keep it in place so it can't fall out when you use it. The frame is made from a hard plastic and it all comes with a neat pleather case and 5 Gillette razors, meaning that it doesn't require special made blades to use. The package even came with a little card from the person that packaged it. If you want a good quality shavette that you can be comfortable with using for a while, this is definitely what you want.

The ability to use split double edged safety razor blades (which can be very affordable) makes this an excellent purchase. As long as you do your part and maintain your proper pressure and angle, you will do fine. Care around facial irregularities will avoid cuts, as well as keeping your razor clean and dry.

Came in a "Zip Lock" type bag. Not for beginners! You have to "snap" the razors in two to place in handle. To get a manual your have to go to website and ask for them to email you one. I requested twice and never saw an email. I had to search Youtube to watch video on how to load new razors. The razors comes with 5 Gillete razor which I found dull. First time using it was painfull, has it pulled more then cut. Definitely do not recommend this to anyone who has never used a straight razor before.
