It’s the white button on the side! Then you squeeze the handle and lock it out of safety mode!

Is this product left or right handed?

It is both for left and right handed users. Just unscrew the rotary cutter blade and put it on the other side of the cutter.

Will the cutter cut thought fleese?

This product is razor sharp, and you will have no problem cutting through fleece.
