It’s cute! I’ve gotten lots of complements and it can store and entire block of butter (or 4 sticks) if you want/need that much out a time. Being southern we start everything with butter so it’s useful for us for sure!

Be very gentle opening the lid when you receive this product, because the silicone band may get stuck and snap. This happened with my first order, and the vendor responded kindly with a next day replacement. I was so impressed by this... I could not have asked for better customer service. The replacement butter container worked out great, no problems. This container is large enough to fit 2 sticks of butter.

Feel a little bad only giving three stars. Got it for my girlfriend, and it’s cute and does nicely for a butter dish. That said... it’s got one job, and that’s hold butter. (See picture) Obviously not the end of the world that it doesn’t quite fit a stick of unsoftened butter, but would be nice to be like a quarter inch longer to accommodate. Outside of the just slightly not long enough bit, it’s an excellent buy! And despite this issue, wouldn’t hesitate to buy another - three stars is only out of the principle of the matter.
