Is this item waterless?

Yes it is considered waterless it is a gel that will stay on your hands until you wipe it off unlike cheeper products that become watery upon contact with your hands. I have used this hand cleaner on my service trucks and my guys love it.

Can this be used on cloths in the washing machine?

you could put this on your clothes and was it but you would have to but in every good, I do not know if it will take off the grease bust of luck
