Cento Certified San Marzano Whole Peeled Tomatoes, 28 Oz (Pack of 6), Canned Plum Tomatoes in Thick Puree with Basil, Grown and Processed in Italy

I bought these tomatoes primarily for pizza sauce, and they were wonderful for my classic Neapolitan style pizzas. The texture, taste, and color of these tomatoes is excellent, and they are packed with a little basil in the can.

Very good at a more reasonable price than other San Marzano's. If you've never made sauce with real San Marzano's, give these a try, they are very noticeably superior.

Received a 6 pack as advertised. These are great tomatoes for home made sauces, and the cans we received were in good shape. As a canned product, little concern about how long they'll last, but what we received appeared fresh.They were also a little less expensive than the local grocery store for the same price, making them overall a great value for really good quality canned tomatoes.

I ordered 4 6 packs, they all came in the orginal cardboard packs, not one dented can I believe if ypu order in the orginal 6 packs that will come undamaged, as opposed to indivdual cans which they don't wrap or protect they just throw them in a box that just damages the cans. Just my two cents. they came perfect and the tomatoes are very good. I would highly recommend

Best canned tomatoes for making sauce

What I like most about it is no sweetner needed as no tartness like most other tomato sauces.Hardly any different from the cheaper, Cento Italian Style Whole Peeled Tomatoes.Btw, all 6 cans were dented - thus sold at below market price-?

These are the real deal for making pasta sauces. I puree half a can then use the other half whole. It is so good!
