Does anyone know how to change the static light colors manually without DMX?

Click menu until SOU1, this is "single light sound control", press the enter key and hold 3-5 seconds to adjust the effect. (SH01-SH35) Page 2 in the manual. Write them down. 35 different effect.

Do these lights reguire some sort of control panel?
