do not know but it does work with my 2020 Macbook Pro

Anyone else having issues with the usb-c display port and hdmi port when using with a macbook pro 13in 2020?

The USB C ports do not seem to accept an external monitor. Put another way, this does not work: External monitor -> HDMI out -> cable -> USB C -> adapter. The same monitor and USB C cable works fine when plugged directly into the 13 in 2020 macbook.

Does it work with MacBook Pro 2018?

Yes, of course, it work with MacBook Pro 2019 2018 2017.

Seller answer: does it work with macbook pro 16” 2020?

It works with my MacBook Pro 13 2020. So it most probably works with the MacBook Pro 16.
