Great quality you don’t have to blow it up
Love the color, easy to carry in my yoga bag. Perfect for stabilizing, even if you’re a beginner. So happy with this. Always difficult to figure out which one to purchase and then when you get the right one well, you know you’re just happy.

Nice small sized ball but it’s small!
I like this ball but doesn’t have enough grip or texture to it for my exercise! I should have paid attention to measurements and realized this plastic may not want to grip or stay in place. I would not recommend it.

Depends what you need
This size of weight ball is perfect for my needs. I use for my balance exercises and my arthritis exercises. Works well with my hand size and is very maneuverable for swinging around my torso. I also use occasionally when lying on the floor and lift it over my head (don't drop it!). The size fits my hands for my arthritis exercises and is easy to grip. Depending on your needs and abilities, you may want another size. I had experience using weight balls before, so I pretty much knew what I wanted.

Great way to tire out your toddler & get to sleep much faster!
My toddler is extremely active and HIGH energy! I have to take him to the park, everyday, to help him wind down and go to bed at an appropriate time. Yes! Playing catch before bed really helped my toddler transition into bedtime with much more ease.The ball, though weighted, is very soft and easy to hold/grip. It is extremely durable and can withstand "toddler abuse."Sometimes we play catch, roll the ball back and forth or he does ball slams on his own. We play for about 20 minutes before I notice the exhaustion starting to kick in. Once I see him slowing down, I put it aside and we continue with bedtime routine and eventually laying down for the night.

I bought this weighted ball to use at home following rehab after a surgery. It is very much like one used by the rehab facility.
