Seems to have done the trick ! No new activity , used with bait blocks first , by putting down the holes , then back filled and spray areas

I think it’s far more water than the oil. I bought it to use outdoors but it’s only for indoor use, also the trigger is extremely difficult to press. I’m not happy with it. It would be better and cheaper to buy your own items separately and mix it yourself.

I applied this liberally to an area in my garden where rats had been seen - I made sure that the the area was protected from rain and applied the spray to surfaces where it wouldn't be absorbed (fencing, wooden posts, concrete flags). I set up a couple of motion activated infra red wildlife cameras and checked the video log the following day: rat jamboree! Absolutely zero effect on the number of critters using the run. Maybe my rats have no sense of smell, or perhaps they even liked this spray? Who knows? Anyway, not effective. Might be good for mice indoors, but no use for rats outside on the basis of my experience.

I was a bit sceptical as to how effective this rodent spray might be, but thought it would be worth a try. Well I have to say, it does seem to be very effective. Living in the country side, we usually get a mouse or rat living with us, which not much fun as they always bring there friends along! However, after much research and watching Shawn Woods on YouTube, I searched out the rodents point of entry(ies) and sprayed those places at least once a month; no more rodents to date. My conclusion is, it is a good product and completely natural.

Caught 4 mice in our garage/office over 3 dsays so ordered this spray, applied it to the underside of the garage doors because that is where I assume the mice were getting in. On the day that I first used the spray I caught a further mouse, but assume that it was presumably a resident mouse? Now 3 days later no more mice caught!! So the product appears to be definitely working exactly as described on the bottle! At the moment I am very impressed and would definitely recommend this product to be used on every mouse entry points to your home!!

I had a sudden influx of little furry creatures and wanted to do everything I could to remove them from my flat.Reading online about natural deterrents, I thought I would give this a go to stop other from following in.... Great!Firstly it arrived fine, packing looked ok and the smell of the peppermint is really not that strong, you just about notice it.Sadly the bottle is usess, everytime I spray with it, much of the liquid leaks out from the trigger, clearly not great and so each spray meant I wasted a clump of liquid on other areas and where I was trying to avoid furniture it of course leaked on it, no hard seems to be done thankfully.Eventually I found an old plant watering misting bottle which does work a treat and I expect does a better job at distributing the liquid in areas targeted.Overall, not overly impressed but if it stops the trails of them I will allow it 2 stars

Firstly I must say this spray smells amazing. I have had a problem with rodents under the upstairs floorboards, tried everything, traps , poison, glue bait boards and plug ins and I could still here them moving around . Ripped the floorboards up so many times and can’t find where they are coming in from and they are only under the floorboards upstairs. Since using the spray , I’ve not heard them and the bait hasn’t been taken so I’m sure the spray as worked . I still use the spray once a week and will definitely be buying more
