These are a suitable replacement for the National name brand. Not the most popular chocolate sandwich cookie - but on par with Hydrox brand.I would buy these again, but I still much prefer the national brand.

I bought a package three weeks ago (May 3, 2024) and was pleasantly surprised. Not too sweet and yet familiar enough when compared to Oreos. (I'm mentioning Oreos as a comparison because that's what most customers want to know.)1) Taste is excellent, surprisingly enough, for a generic. Tastes like a mix between Oreos and Hydrox (if anyone remembers the latter). Not mind-blasting sugar compared to Oreos and yet enough chocolately taste still bursts through.2) Cookie size is smaller than Oreos but not a deal breaker because there are more than 14.3 ozs. in each package. That's a lot of cookies.3) Texture is more crumbly than Oreos, so don't be surprised if you get some broken ones if delivery is via a padded shipping bag.4) Pricing right now is strange. I paid $2.59 on May 3, 2024 for a package. Exactly three weeks later, the price jumped by more than 180 percent to more than $7 per package! I know the price of everything is going up - but this is odd. I was going to buy more - (they're that good) - but I held back seeing the jump. And I've not yet read a single returning customer mention this.NOTE: I did learn that you can still get these for under $3 - but only through Amazon Fresh. Good luck if you don't live near one. I hope the price hike on the flagship Amazon site isn't permanent. Maybe it has something to do with shipping costs because some customers have complained about broken cookies and no doubt Amazon is figuring out a way to keep customers happy. Just putting this out there.Cookies are very good for the price and a good alternative to Oreos except when Oreos themselves go on sale and actually beats the price of these.

these cookies taste similar to oreo;s but the main problem i had is they don't come in a resealable package. the package i bought was enough for a single person. unless you plan to put these cookies in a ziplock bag i wouldn't buy them.

tastes great, just like Oreo's for a much better price.

These are actually really good and an excellent alternative to the brand name. I was honestly shocked with how good they were.
