Q: Is this very pale when beaten? I need to make white buttercream.

02/05/20, is the best before date.. have cut mine into several portions and frozen them..

Q: is it pasturised or unpasturised?

The wrapping describes it as unsalted pasteurised butter 82% fat. We like it very much.
