Disappointed.......
I've taken time to process my review. First I want to say the item was packaged very well when it arrived! Second, there was no hardware, manual or instructions. I contacted the company and they sent hardware out right away. Unfortunately some was still missing and I improvised. Third, the sticker on the machine says to read the manual before using but.. I never got one. Fourth, to add insult to injury a week later they dropped the price almost a hundred dollars....wow!Overall the machine provides great suction.....

It works.
The packaging was awful! The machine had two dents, the bolts, nuts and washers had fallen out of their bag and were all over the place. The instructions were minimal at best, but after putting it together it does work.

Works well but did arrive damaged and missing parts.
Arrived with a considerable amount of damage. Missing parts, everything was unwrapped and thrown together without decent packing material. However it does work as described and the seller and I arrived at a great compromise due to it being damaged. Great communication.

it's OK
look, at the price it's good. the impeller is smaller than units with half the horsepower--about which--well, that's a pretty optimistic rating. but, hey, it beats the 1.5 hp unit I'm replacing. let's hope it's good at that
