Epicurean Gourmet Series Utensils, Pasta Server, Natural/Black Nylon

I have more kitchen gadgets than a sane person should admit to so I can be a little hard to impress in this department. This perfect saute tool by Epicurean meets all the claims in its product description in a very Apple-esque/Steve Jobs worthy-way, making it one of the few items I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Unique and stylish design works in my eclectic kitchen, complimenting both the rustic wood accents and modern touches. The shape is genius - gets to every nook and cranny in my straight sided saute pans as well as the more sloped edged fry pans. It is heat resistant to 400*F - not sure how hot my saute pans actually get on full blast but no signs of melting or warping. Came out of the dishwasher looking same as new. Non-porous - did not absorb smells or color from a chicken tikka dish with heavy curry and tumeric spices. Eco-friendly/green materials used in construction are a plus and came with just a label instead of excessive packaging. Made in USA to boot!Very pleased with this purchase and highly recommended!

These are the best kitchen tools! I got the whole series. If you're sick of continuously replacing your kitchen utensils then invest in epicurean tools. The handle is heat resistant up to 450 degrees or something so if you rest it on a hot pan, it won't melt. Plus, they're totally dishwasher safe so they don't warp like wood tools would. They also won't scratch up your nice pots and pans like stainless steel tools.

Ordered this once my favorite spoon bit the dust after many years of service and have ended up liking this one even better. Love the size of the spoon which is a bit larger than most and have found it to be very sturdy and have a stiff handle without much flex. Not sure about the complaints on the plastic melting as I haven't experienced this at all and have used it with my very hot cast iron pans with no issues. Highly recommend.

I have used one of these for over 5 years and now have bought one for all 4 of my children for Christmas and a second one for me, throwing out all my other teflon friendly spatulas. It is stiff! YEH! Which is essential when flipping over items in the frying pan, or unleashing stuck items during cooking. It never scratches the pans. It washes great, It looks super classy, feels nice in your hands, is made extremely well. I am filling my kitchen with great products and this one makes my heart sing, it cooks with me not fighting me during the cooking process. I am a better cook because of this item!

This turner is monster big! Not the length so much (that's just average and perfect) but the width! This is perfect for pancakes and omelets, especially thin crepe style pancakes that need a little extra love in order to flip without breaking. My husband got me the "medium turner" and I loved it and wanted a second one for when that one was dirty, but I got this one instead and am glad I did. I've never seen a turner that was so big in the store, just to give you an idea. This would probably NOT be good for dishing cornbread or cake out of a pan (as an example) because who needs a piece that huge? Hope this helps someone.

We own a French-made non-stick pan that requires non-metal utensils for cooking. We have a selection of metal, plastic, and silicone utensils, but find the Epicurean tools work best. Dishwasher safe, non-toxic, US-made, and doesn't damage the non-stick surface. We cook sometimes cook with avocado oil (higher temperature oil), so far no damage. Highly recommended.

Epicurean utensils (and cutting boards) are the best I've ever found. Professional chefs I've talked to and those in kitchen stores always recommend them over all other products and I do the same. They're super durable, easy to clean, and won't let you down.I dishwash my utensils and cutting boards and have done so for years without a single issue. I keep buying their products.

I am so happy I found this brand! Didn't want anymore Chinese cookware or utensils. They don't last and probably unsafe. The Epicurean ladle, saute and medium flipper are awesome! Very very well made, sturdy, easy to cook with, easy to clean. Made in USA. I would buy them again. They don't scratch my all-clad cookware. Highly recommended!
