Will this blu-ray player work with a regular flat screen that don’t have 3D

It will play non-3D discs as well as 3D. I don't own a 3D TV and it works on all of mine. It has HDMI, Component, and Composite connections so it should work on any tv.. It does not have Internet unless you purchase an optional USB dongle or use Ethernet wiring. I bought the dongle and it was a waste of money. I have never been that impressed with Smart DVD player or TV apps. Slow and outdated. Use Roku, Apple TV, etc. devices for the best smart apps.

Is it suported to dolby atmos?

don't know, did not keep it. check online for specs.

How do you connect this player to Amazon Prime?

You need to connect to the internet: (a) with a wired (LAN) connection or (b) with a wireless connection. Wireless connection needs a Samsung USB dongle, which is purchased separately. If you can afford a newer player, with wi-fi built in, that would be the way to go. I had the BD-D5500 with the wireless dongle and had lots of connection problems. If you cannot connect through the LAN port, with an internet wire, you are probably better off getting another unit. The BD-D5500 is outdated and faulty technology, IMHO, for wireless use.
